This is an antique 13.5" (34 cm) double-sided horse rasping hand tool / file produced by WILSHIRE, Australia. This classic farrier's iron tool which was essential for shaving horse hoofs and general grooming and horse care is in very good condition with just a bit of rust from age and storage. It has a width of 1.5 inches (3.25 cm) is 1/4 inches thick and weighs 600 grams. Inspection available as is local pick up.
