Elliot Excel, 12" Rotary Table. Quality, made in England. Heavy duty. Solid lump, must weigh 25-30kg. Fair amount of corrosion / surface rust. Unfortunately was stored in my dad's garage with a leaky roof for a few years. The degree gradations on the side are legible / usable. The rotary actuation is nice and smooth.
