Nice condition overall. A few of the white pieces do have a bit of yellowing - please check through the photos carefully. Baseplates in very nice condition. 100% of the pieces are there including all of the printed pieces. Some stickers are missing though - the one on the inside of the yellow building and the ones on the windows. Only two pages of the instructions are present - about half is missing. No box
