This entry level Single Side Smart 21 printer has been used and refurbished, hence the low price. Its in great working order. This is a hand fed card machine, no feed hopper. it comes with a power cable, USB connection cable and also the ribbon carriage. There is a ribbon in there also that has been used but I will leave it in there
