Map is in poor condition but could still be framed and condition would be hard to notice. This is an authentic map of the City of San Antonio from 1950 since the City of Balcones Heights (incorporated 1949) and “new”city limits are shown. Map was published by ML Ferguson in San Antonio. Size is 36 inches tall by 24 inches wide. Condition issues come from folding the map on the fold lines (this map was actually used and not just stored away). There are no pen or pencil marks or holes on this map, just the tears on the creases. There is also a few minor soiling marks but nothing major. Please see all pictures for all condition issues.
