The board has been sanded to 120 grit and left natural for you to apply your own preferred food-safe finish like mineral oil or beeswax. Size Length - 510mm Depth - 300mm Thickness- 23mm Care notes: Hand wash only, dry immediately, and oil regularly once finished to maintain it. Not dishwasher-safe (as with all real wood boards).
