This rather grand and unusual mahogany twin pedestal desk with drawer stacks, a sloped writing top, galleried rail and a total of 18 drawers was bought in the Kings Road in 1992. Although it has some flaws, outlined above, it is in good antique condition overall. It measures 120cm high, 152cms wide, with a depth of 80cms. The knee hole is 65cms wide and 59cms high. The main drawers and small compartments are all very deep. The desk separates into 5 pieces for transportation. Inspection in person (in west London) can be arranged if desired.
