HP deskjet plus 4120e wireless white printer. When I turn on the power, the machine starts running and confirms it is ready to print, but I can't verify if it is actually able to print because the ink cartridges are completely empty (as indicated on the display). It's been two years since I last used it, though I remember it worked fine when it had ink. To test the functions, I've tried downloading the HP app to my phone, connecting to WiFi, and printing (without ink): please see video.
