Used condition. Some dirt, marks, scratches, scuffs, etc. Please check all images for full condition. Tested working as shown in images and video. Wand Flex locking mechanism snapped and catches a little when closing but still works and locks normally when extended as shown in video and images. Comes with a battery but not sure how long it holds a charge, may need replacing at some point. No charger included.
