It is important to worm puppies very regularly for roundworm at 2 weekly intervals from the age of 2 weeks to 8 weeks. Worming should then be carried out at 12, 16 and 24 weeks of age. Tablets should be given whole with about one fifth of the daily food ration in the morning when the dog’s stomach is empty.
