The outside of cooler is 12 tall x 14 wide x 11.5. The cooler fits perfectly inside the box. It is just like new - CLEAN WITH NO ODORS. The box is 14.5 wide x 12.5 deep x 13 tall. I HAVE SEVERAL OF THESE SO THE SCAN IS NOT NECESSARILY THE ONE YOU WILL GET.
