The deposit will be fully refunded after the old part is returned in the original packaging of the item delivered. When returning the device, make sure that the device is completely empty and closed with the cap on the device supplied. The old part must be returned within 30 minutes, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. For returns within Germany, we will provide you with a DHL shipping label free of charge.
