Found in my fathers garage, I know nothing about it. Heavy duty metal case as shown. Slight dent at front by clasp which effects its fastening on that side, easy fix. General wear and tear you would expect from tool box. Sold as seen in photos 50 x 28.5 x 9.5 cm tall.
