These were made in various different patterns and styles from about 1972-1978 in Pakistan for their SSG group. Pakistani Brush Camouflage Jump Smock. There at least 4 variations in the Camo style and Ive seen multiple uses as Denison Smocks, BDU Jackets, Padded winter jackets etc.
