Gorgeous piece from the 1940s England, made by Shelley, in great vintage condition. The paint is still shiny and there are no chips in the ceramic, and very few blemishes to the paint; however, there are subtle notches along the rim of the vase (see pictures). 5” tall Please review pictures carefully.
