Processing time for personalized items is usually 4 working days - AFTER receipt of all required data! You can always get the activation code for your trackables directly from the manufacturer on the Internet. Enter the tracking code there and you will receive the activation code. Most codes can also be requested directly from groundspeak under "Lost Activation Code". You can find an overview in our webshop. In addition to the shipping time of 1-2 days within Germany, we require an additional processing time of 2-4 days for personalized products such as car stickers, T-shirts, stamps.
