Includes cradle, mains power supply with UK and European plugs, stylus and battery. The battery is flat where it's not been used for a while, it may take a charge if left plugged in for a while however I can't guarantee this, so please assume it'll need the battery regenerated or replaced if you want to use it without mains power.
