This vintage Civil war grave marker/flag holder is 26" long and made of cast iron. The marker features a star design and is likely associated with Post 130 of the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR), a powerful veterans' group that worked to preserve the Union and protect the rights of former soldiers. Note the bottom 11" has been replaced with the rebar. Please see my other items for more!
