Beautiful hand painted white porcelain shaving scuttle mug. White body with hand painted gold trim. Front features a banner across top in blue with A Present from Southend-on-Sea in gold, blue and black paint. Gold clovers below. Raised beaded pattern leading to the bottom. Back side is gold banner matching the front. Has 5 holes on top. Measures approx. 3 1/2" tall and 6 1/2" long. Bottom is marked 7320 over 7878. Impressed on bottom is the number 1320. No chips or cracks. Some gold wear around edge. Inside bottom has some dust. Can be seen in photo. Last photo shows a slight color spot near handle. Needs a good cleaning.
