The Citizen handheld LCD colour TV, model P422-1B, is a television that was manufactured in Japan. Great looking retro history for collectors. I have installed new batteries, screen flickers on with sound . No longer receives tv transmissions as U.K. is now fully digital. I have managed to pick up faint radio reception by switching between the VHF & UHF bands. This is a collectors item and is not sold for viewing HD TV !
