All speeds run correctly, film advance is smooth and cocking level has no lag. This can and has been used with no issues to shoot 120 film. The added benefit of the 220 back is you can also shoot 35mm panoramic "Sprocket Rocket" photographs (see attached example or google) making it more dynamic.
