These balls are the 'C-D Grade' balls from GreenShoesUSA.com that have been washed/dried (they are clean!) but are either stained or discolored and don't 'look' good enough to be sold on the website there. They are cut with the preferred 'Y' shaped cut which holds on better to chair legs than the straight-line cut. We sell them at a major discount here on Ebay. They are perfect for the budget- conscious teacher as they will work just as well as the higher priced balls, but at a fraction of the price!
