This is the Lego Harry Potter 76453 set, Malfoy Manor. The set has never been built. Bags have been opened to remove the minifigures and their accessories, but all other parts remain in their original bags and all instructions are included. The box is not included to save on postage. This is a great opportunity to add to your Harry Potter collection at a reasonable price when you already have lots of minifigures.
