Comes with all 7 minifigures. No cracks or damage. Comes with original instructions but no box. Set is complete as shown in the pictures. Sold as 99% complete as undoubtedly tiny pieces could get lost or mixed up in the build process or dismantle process. As pictures show sails are in great condition.
