This is issue 14 from the Thomas The Tank Engine magazine series Play and Learn. The issue is in good condition with no rips, tears or writing inside and no activities completed, very small amount of marks browning on a couple of pages, small rip on front and larger rip on back page as shown in photos The A3 poster is still in place.
