Likely to be Antique or Near Antique. I Did however Give This Original sycamore Wood Cutting Board a bit of a Re-sand the as it had too many Knife Marks so Now it Looks Much Better. A Unusual and uncommon Piece and would also be Great Entre, Hors d'oeuvres Server.
