Turn the shackle 180 degree or 90 degree, then press down the shackle, turn the dials to set your combination. Otherwise, it will lead to a disorder of new password and cannot be locked. The lock is preset at factory to open at 0-0-0-0, check the 0-0-0-0 aim at the indication line.
