a working Radio that seems to transmit and receive. I haven't been able to test it to its full capabilities as I don't have a licence. previous owner cut the plug for the charger so I dont know if that works or if the batteries work. currently using normal batteries to power it has accessories (everything in the picture) sold as seen, no returns
