I bought it last year, and used it for a couple months so it does have a fold notch (as all foldable phones do and will). It's a great phone, I just moved to a different Samsung phone so I'm finally selling this. Both screens are flawless, and I've had a screen protector (on the small screen) and a case (see pictures) ever since I bought it. You'll get both when you buy this. It has been wiped and factory reset, and will come with just the phone and box.
