Here you have a piece of important social history in the form of a rare and original planning map/chart, as drawn up by a ( A.D. Sherwood ) in February 1943, as planning and regeneration once World War Two was over, hand drawn in ink and watercolor, and in exceptional condition considering it was once pulled from a skip, by the person I bought it off.
