used cement mixer would benefit from.a little TLC. its a good few years old but not seen a huge amount of action. when needed it has always worked fine. paint will come up better with a clean and wipe over the oxide with oil rag. there is a lottle damage on the lead but easy to replace. gearbox oil seal doesnt seal well so have lost oil in transport. gearbox oil needs topping up because of that. all the fundamentals are there and with some TLC would continue to be just what's needed for projects and things. the drum and paddles are all in pretty good clean condition by usual standard!
