This isn't I don't think a T.rifari but it is very similar in it's appearance to one. There is a marking right at the bottom and I am attaching a close up. Google images states it is sterling silver but I could not see a clear marking myself as so small so CANNOT and DO NOT want to say for certainty that it is.
