Used, in full working order, overall good condition, however does have around 15 single chips that are dead, not from use, but from carelessness, does not affect function or output. Comes with ballast and power lead. The eyelet bolts for hanging are missing, buyer would need to improvise. Not in original box, but will be packaged well. Thanks for looking.
