Behringer ADA8000 analog to ADAT and ADAT to analog converter. This unit was taken out of service after showing odd spikes across the audio outputs when cold and it's now taken to eating fuses. Likely a PSU fault that's an easy enough fix but I've chosen to simply replace it. The item is complete and in reasonable cosmetic condition - might be ideal for a spares unit. Spares for repairs only. Best of luck.
