The laptop does not have a battery so it only works when it’s plugged into a charger. When it’s plugged directly into a charger it works fine with no issues. Which means you will always have to have it plugged in for it to work or you can repair it. It comes with two chargers One is a 130w dell charger The other is a 180w charger Intel HD graphics 4000 Nvidia GeForce gt 650m
