The LEGO DUPLO Construction Site (10990) is a building toy set aimed at children aged 2 and above. This set, released in 2023, features a construction site theme, with a variety of elements to create a fun and interactive play experience. The set is almost complete but the original concrete mixer top of the green truck has been replaced with a dump body which tips. The truck has a working light and sound brick. I have put new batteries in it. I have added a few blocks including some brick patterned blocks for interactive play.
