I am selling this on behalf of my mum. I have tested the vacuum cleaner and found the following issues: Sometimes you have to press and hold the on button or press it more than once before it turns on It seems to have lost some power. It picked up crumbs on my thick pile carpet but didn’t pick up as much dust from the pile as my current vacuum cleaner. On hard floors, it sometimes threw the crumbs back out I have cleaned the vacuum cleaner as best I can. As you can see, the roller is very clean.
