Emptying mechanism needs a firm pull to make it open. Main pole has a few scratches to it . Charging mount and two small accessories have no Dyson branding on them. Accessories have use marks to the ends , one more than the other . Charger plug is a Dyson one . Has two larger heads - one is fluffy and one is for hard floors .
