Star Wars kite. It says pocket kite but it is quite big at 50cm high and 64cm wide. If it has been used then it is very lightly as the plastic is unfazed with no rips or tears. There are some small holes in the bottom edge but these look to be part of the packing where the kite was held in the box with the press studs on the handle. Vintage if you consider that 1996 is nearly 30 years ago but it came from Cornwall so not far, far away...
