No 8400856. Lens body + clip on front cap + rear push on M42 cap. Helios-44M-4 58mm f2 manual focus lens (produced in USSR). (Can be used on other mounts with a suitable adapter that has a flange, which holds the rear pin in, so aperture changes can be made on the lens itself).
