AutoExtension Tube (Canon EF / EOS lens). It was discontinued in mid-2012 with the introduction of the Canon EOS-1D X. This was many years ago (id estimate i used this pro body for between 20-50 shots - ill call it "100 to be safe") and ive not used it since.
