ONLY THE SCREEN PROTECTOR HAD A CRACK ON IT, NOT THE ACTUAL SCREEN. Screen is in perfect condition, no scratches or anything. see condition of tablet from photos. healthy battery, as shown in full diagnostic. wired headphones do work but I just don't have any to test with the tablet. tablet was bought new. screen shows a crack only because the screen protector has the crack on it, screen protector is easily replacable!
