Vintage Japanese Lacquer Spinning Tops Boxed Set Red Black Gold 1960s Bokuei-ra

Each top is beautifully finished in black or red lacquer with gold and black concentric detailing. Made from a composite of wood powder and phenolic resin (60%) with an epoxy lacquer finish. Crafted in Japan during the Shōwa period (circa 1960s–70s) under the Household Goods Quality Label Law.
