Never used, new in the box. 2". Comes with eye bolts. The box has some scuffs from storage. There are no date tags on the harnesses. There are 2 harnesses available at the time of listing. If you buy 1 then you get 1 harness, i.e. for 1 seat. if you buy 2 then you get 2 harnesses, i.e. for 2 seats.
