SIGMA 18-50mm OS ZOOM LENS (for Canon EF-S) *PLEASE READ, Works but with issue*
Seems to happen more when zooming in. I tried so hard to capture it in the photos, but couldn't (photo 8 shows a section of this outer 'ring' if you look carefully). Anyway, doesn't impact on image quality.
