This was bought from an online auction house and I was unable to get the exact details for it. Unfortunately it turned out not to fit my door due to the handle placement set up on my door. Although the box is a little beaten, the item itself is brand new. It’s never been fitted. Comes complete with instructions including door template for fitting. Also has two keys for back up and instructions on the app set up. The brand is TUYA and I’ve had multiple items from this brand before. The app is easy to use and set up devices.
