The body is alder, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is maple. The truss rod is running low. It will be sold as is. ■Truss rod: Only a little left to tighten/loosen. The fingerboard paint has been touched up (4th, 6th, 7th, and 21st frets) and the frets have been filed down.
