Collins 270G-2 Ham Radio Speaker for 75A-2 75A-4 Receiver (needs cleaning)
I have no idea what it is, but my guess it it'll clean up with the right solvent. On top of that, you have the typical small scuffs and scratches. The speaker inside is original as is the speaker grill.
