Generac Tecumseh 40 centura s petrol generator is a non starter non running due to being not used for far too long. Petrol drained and only engine oil left with secure cap. This generator hasn’t been used in more than 5-6 years hence needs a proper service and troubleshooting to get it running again, engine oil and air filter looks in very good condition spark plug isn’t rusted.
