I believe that this is a stand for hanging targets on it has a collapsible design. A bunch of these were found in an old Boy Scout trailer. They have probably been sitting in there for 40 years. They are new old stock with a little bit of scuffs on them, but I don’t believe that they were ever used. They look amazing, please feel free to ask questions if you got them I have five of these stands. If somebody wants all of them, I would be willing to make a great deal on them.
